Majestic Princess Rabbit Hole

We went on a cruise last year on Majestic Princess from Auckland to Sydney.
We were charged over NZD $600 for phone calls made by the previous occupants of our cabin.
Not response about this from Princess Cruises for over two months.
A system error existed for over two months which meant passengers boarding later in a cruise could end up with charges from previous occupants of their cabin.
