Princess cruises~ I thought this invoice may have been a scam but … Finally success!

Last week I received in our (snail mail) letterbox an invoice. See:

Princess Cruises has invoiced me for USD$265.72 after we were told the matter was closed

The invoice came from

The invoice was on Princess letterhead and turned out to be genuine.

We now have a resolution:

Hi Alan,

I will reverse the invoice. So sorry for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.
