Oh what a great mistake
To make for goodness sake
We could not foresee
The [apostrophe] [catastrophe]
In moot fruits of the snake

Maybe change last three lines in your poem Geraldine to:
but from the
fruits temptation
By biting those.

CONNECTED

From trying to figure
how he always knows,
it started with 
the snake, and
the embarrassment
from which 
Adam and Eve arose.
The defilement
isn't his control
but from his 
temptation
bitten by those.
