When the Government first mentioned the new Traffic Light system to be introduced when all three Auckland DHBs reached 90% fully vaccinated (over 12), I am sure the Government said the boundaries around Auckland would stay until all other DHBs also reached 90% fully vaccinated.
What’s your recollection?
