Daily Prompt Reblogs now only on Hump days (Wednesdays)

Deserted

Last June we felt very hurted
Left promptly in cold deserted
Bereft of prompts new
Theft of [gold] [goal] posts too
Fast old Daily Prompts converted

I recycle 2016 Daily Word Prompts

Daily prompts will now be on autopilot except maybe for Humpdays (Wednesdays, your time; starting this week). It’s already after 9.00 am on Wednesday in New Zealand. It may still be Tuesday where you are.

This blog is now all set up ready to go on autopilot until WordPress 5.0 is released.

I have decided to hibernate (in the cold desert?) until the new release occurs (except for Hump days).

You are welcome create pingbacks as present (every day if you wish) to the old Daily Prompts from 2016. See:
https://aaamazingphoenix.wordpress.com/2018/06/29/july-prompts/
(put your pingbacks to the above post; look there for instructions)

My reblogging service (except for Hump days) will probably halt until the release of WordPress 5.0 (already overdue?; I’m not holding my breath). i.e. this site will operate similarly to the other prompt sites in the interim.

You are welcome to put suggested improvements to this site in comments below.

Latest addition to this site: Random posts (see menu).

You are welcome to repoduce a similar blog to mine if you like. This blog uses the free WordPress Dyad 2 theme.

Personally I see no point in thinking up new prompts myself when there are already a number of daily prompts available.

All the best with your blogging

Alan

Note: There are four types of deserts: subtropical deserts are hot and dry year-round; coastal deserts have cool winters and warm summers; cold winter deserts have long, dry summers and low rainfall in the winter; polar deserts are cold year-round.
