Daily Prompts for July onwards. Wanna play?

This blog is a way of ‘paying it forward’ to those bloggers who have followed my blog https://aaamazingphoenix.wordpress.com/ and liked my posts. See:
https://aaamazingphoenix.wordpress.com/2018/06/16/help-for-alans-anarchy-daily-prompts-read-this-first/

You may like to view a slideshow of random posts (quicker version).

My blog for sharing your favourite posts (prompts not required) is at:
https://guestdailyposts.wordpress.com/
(Click on the link on the line above for instructions)

You can also now put your links in comments (if you wish) in the blog: https://guestdailyposts.wordpress.com/

To create a pingback copy and paste one of these four options into your post:

Look at the bottom of this page to see the WordPress Daily Prompts for July onwards (recycled from 2016). I have now linked 700+ old prompts to the Poetry Soup website (see below).

This blog will mainly run on autopilot until WordPress 5.0 arrives.
You are still welcome to create pingbacks every day to this post (see below) if you wish 🙂

I will reblog your posts manually (only up to 13 July). Reblogging may be a little delayed for the most recent prompt to make sure everyone has time to write a post for the previous day’s prompt.

Including a daily prompt link (see below) in your post will add your post to the (2016) WordPress Daily Prompt site (If WordPress is still allowing this).

Clicking on a prompt link will show you posts for the prompt.

I have now linked the old daily prompts to the Poetry Soup website.

Look  at 700+ old prompts.

Example:

Jul 13 Journey Journey Journey Poetry

Remember to look at the member poems.

Clicking on the Journey link will show you old posts for the prompt.
Clicking on Poetry will link to Poetry Soup poems about journey.

Random post: You can also see a random post in the RANDOM POST menu or in the Sidebar (at the bottom of every page). For an optional random daily prompt see #5 in the first numbered list on this page:

Challenge (limit: about 100 words):
Write your own short story or poem containing as many July prompts as you can.

I thought I needed to get in early with the July prompts before the WordPress muckymucks disabled adding posts to the WordPress Daily Prompts site again.

      1. I think I need to make it public and keep private only those that I wish to remain private. Thank you for pointing that out. Again, I truly appreciate the prompts. It was my morning ritual to write down the prompt in my journal. It was a very sad day on May 31st. Thanks to you, we have something to look forward to. 😊
