Neighbourly claims to have 500,000 members: Is this true or a fraud?

On Neighbourly‘s Facebook page, on 5 October, Neighbourly (New Zealand) claims to have welcomed its 500,000th member:

For Green Bay (Auckland), there are 498 members claimed today on the main feed but only 406 members listed (including duplications) on the list of members on the Neighbourly website (only members can see these figures).
